It depends on the surface: carpet typically dries in 6–12 hours, upholstery in about 4–6 hours, and wood floors in roughly 30 minutes to 2 hours. Tile is usually ready quickly. Good airflow — fans or open windows — speeds all of them up.

For carpet, upholstery and tile & grout we use hot water extraction (often called steam cleaning), which injects heated water and solution deep into the material and extracts the dirt in the same pass. For wood floors we use a wood-safe, no-sanding method that cleans and protects without harsh moisture.

Our technicians move basic, lightweight furniture as much as they safely can, and we'll discuss your specific layout at the appointment. It helps if you clear smaller items — decorative pillows, throws, toys and small decor — before we arrive so we can work efficiently.
